AUM BioTech is a Philadelphia-based biotechnology company that offers next-generation genetic research tools in the area of gene silencing and regulation with a focus on neuroscience. AUMsilence oligos provides alternatives to gene editing (CRISPR) and RNAi (siRNA) approaches. Our RNA silencing products can use used to knock down or regulate mRNA, miRNA, and lncRNA and be self-delivered to a wide variety of hard-to-transfect cells without the use of transfection reagents. AUMsilence ASOs are globally being used by biomedical scientists and researchers working in neuroscience for basic, transitional, and pre-clinical research.
