Chroma Technology produces the highest quality magnetron sputter-coated filters and guidance optics for all light-based neuroscience applications, including immunofluorescence and fluorescent-protein imaging, optogenetics and photo-activation, and super-resolution microscopy. Complete filter sets for common fluorochrome and light source combinations, bandpass and longpass filters, longpass and shortpass dichroic mirrors/beamsplitters, dichroic reflection band mirrors, dichroic bandpass mirrors and multiple-reflection-band/multiple-transmission-band polychroic mirrors are all available for wavelengths from 200nm to 2µm, as are custom solutions for customer-specified applications.
