What We Do
Aptamer Group develops custom affinity binders for use across the life sciences using its proprietary Optimer® platform. Optimer affinity ligands are oligonucleotide-based antibody alternatives that can be used instead of or are compatible with antibodies for full flexibility.
Optimer offers complete control over ligand discovery and development, including selectivity, half-life, kinetics, conjugation to payloads or reporters, temperature, and cell internalization. We use three parallel discovery methods for different target types, multiple diverse Optimer libraries and assay development and validation services to meet the specific needs of your affinity ligand project. Development is performed on a phased basis, allowing risk mitigation of your project and enabling you with high stability, high affinity, and high specificity binders to a broader target range.
